	SUNDAY MORNING PANCAKES

	For those of you who live in the Roanoke/New River Valley area, Sunday mornings are a good time to visit. We're mostly here then, and are generally able to disengage from our busyness enough to enjoy company. We have a long-standing tradition of pot-luck Sunday morning pancakes. We provide the pancakes. Those who come for breakfast bring the toppings. It's a good opportunity to get to know the community, to see old friends, and to meet new ones.
	The grace circle for breakfast is at 10:00 AM. Be sure to allow plenty of driving time. The last six miles of back roads takes about 20 minutes. Bring along a gracious plenty of one or more "toppings" to grace the pancakes--fruit, syrup, butter, yogurt, or the like. You're also welcome to join us for a group meditation between 9:00 and 10:00.
